🌱 FAQs

1. How does the Store catalogue work?

All products are sold to Australian customers who have  an Australian delivery address only.  PO Boxes are not permissable unless you email us first prior to placing the order so that we can check with our couriers if they can deliver to a PO Box. 

 

3. How long are shipping times?

Your product will be shipped within 1 to 5 days of placing your order.

Australian address is required for free standard shipping. Standard shipping time applies.  Please note given the Covid pandemic we are experiencing more delays in shipping to most States. Please bear this in mind when ordering. 

4. What's your return policy?

The cost of postage for returns will be at your own cost. We will assess the condition of the product and refund your money or replace it for you.

5. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your product within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes the products are sent out before we can process the cancellation. 

6. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there is an issue with your order - if it's the wrong size, the wrong colour, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted - then please notify us and we'll give you a refund or send out the correct product to you. 

7. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges.  However, if for any reason you did not get exactly the product you expected, just let us know and we can assess whether to send out another one or offer you a refund.
